Soulshakers have over 50 years of combined experience in all areas bar operation and management, and with experience of working on hundreds of different bars around the world we have a unique understanding of both the mechanics and magic that create a great bar experience.

We are committed to improving the standing of our profession. Training in general service standards can only help this cause. We deliver training schools worldwide, providing some of the most informative and interactive sessions helping to teach bartending skills and techniques. We also host tutored tastings and product knowledge seminars for spirit brands, bar groups and private clients.
